At Creator Now, our mission is to build a world-class learning platform where creators can successfully kickstart their channels from zero to one.

As our Sr. Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design team to define and deliver exceptional UI/UX that delights our creators. As one of our early product contributors, you’ll act as a key thought leader around the aesthetic direction of the Creator Now platform. You should be comfortable in a fast paced environment where time to market is critical and experimentation is encouraged.

What Will You Do?

• Plan, design, and implement the user interface of our web-based applications, ensuring that it's visually appealing, easy to use, and meets the needs of our creators.
• Manage and lead our lean team of designers to help deliver exceptional core product specifications, user interfaces, and user experiences. You'll mentor and guide their growth while collaborating with them on projects.
• Establish and maintain a UI design system on an ongoing basis, including documenting style guidelines, design patterns, and reusable components that can be used across the platform.
• Create exploratory UX/UI based on the product roadmap, experimenting with new design ideas and concepts to improve the user experience and drive engagement.
• Work with members from our creator community to crowdsource, develop, and curate ideas that will deliver value to the entire creator ecosystem.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve our design process and output.
• Help to build a culture of design excellence, advocating for user-centered design principles, and helping to establish best practices for the design team.
• Collaborate with the product and leadership teams to understand business and user needs and translate them into high-quality designs.

A Day In The Life of our Sr. Product Designer:

• Begin the day by reviewing feedback from users and team members, and prioritize design tasks based on feedback and business objectives.
• Collaborate with the UX team to explore and create new design concepts based on the product roadmap, and present these ideas to the team for feedback and iteration.
• Work with our product manager to review product analytics and user research to better understand how users are engaging with the platform and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead design team meetings to discuss progress on current projects, review design work, and discuss any design-related issues or challenges that need to be addressed.
• Meet with cross-functional teams, such as product managers and engineers, to ensure that designs align with technical requirements and product goals, and that everyone is aligned on upcoming design tasks and milestones.
